MagPlateX is a small, independently operated business. As the sole founder, I manage this business while balancing a full-time job and family responsibilities. I take great pride in responding to each message and fulfilling every order with care and attention to detail.

While I strive to respond within one to three business days, I appreciate your understanding in the event of any slight delays. Your support truly helps this business grow, and I am sincerely grateful for every order.

1) In-Stock Orders (Normal Sales)

 


If an item is listed as in stock, we typically process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).


Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

 


 

 

2) Pre-Orders

 


Some items on our site are sold as pre-orders. Pre-orders reserve your spot for the next production run.


 

How pre-orders work

 

 

  • You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

  • Shipping begins once the next production run is confirmed.

  • Orders ship in the order they’re placed.

  • We’ll email updates as production and shipping timelines are locked in.

 


Note: Pre-order timelines may change due to production, supply chain, or carrier factors.

 


 

 

3) Address Changes

 


Need to update your shipping address? Email support@magplatex.com as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.

 


 

 

4) Tracking & Delivery Issues

 


If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact support@magplatex.com within 48 hours so we can assist.

 


 

 

5) Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

 


MagPlateX is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or refused/undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund according to our Return Policy.
