If an item is listed as in stock, we typically process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact support@magplatex.com within 48 hours so we can assist.

5) Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

MagPlateX is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or refused/undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund according to our Return Policy.
