Welcome to MagPlateX (“MagPlateX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from magplatex.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

 

1) Use of the Site

 

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the Site, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

 

2) Products & Information

 

We work to display product details accurately (including pricing, descriptions, and availability). However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

 

3) Pre-Orders

 

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item for a future production run.

 

• You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the order ships.

• Shipping begins once the next production run is confirmed.

• Orders ship in the order they are placed.

• Estimated timelines may change due to production, supply chain, or carrier factors.

 

 

4) Fitment & Compatibility

 

MagPlateX products are designed to work across many vehicles; however, fitment varies by model and vehicle design.

 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to installation.

• We provide compatibility information and may offer fitment guidance, but we do not guarantee fitment for every vehicle.

• Rear Kit requires a steel/metal trunk lid and may not work with aluminum, carbon fiber, or plastic/composite trunk materials.

 

If you are unsure, we strongly recommend using our Compatibility Check before ordering.

 

5) Orders, Billing & Payment

 

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

 

6) Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, MagPlateX is not responsible for carrier delays.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact support@magplatex.com promptly so we can assist.

 

7) Returns & Refunds

 

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

 

• Pre-orders are refundable before shipment.

• Returns for delivered orders are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery for unused/uninstalled items in original packaging.

• All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from support@magplatex.com.

• Installed/used items are not eligible for return.

8) Installation & Use Disclaimer

 

MagPlateX products must be installed according to provided instructions and used responsibly.

 

• Always verify secure mounting before driving.

• The customer is responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations related to license plate display and mounting.

• MagPlateX is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside intended conditions.

 

 

9) Warranty / Defects

 

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact support@magplatex.com with your order number and supporting photos/video. If approved, we may repair, replace, or provide a comparable solution at our discretion. Normal wear, misuse, and improper installation are not covered.

 

10) Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagPlateX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, including loss of profits, vehicle damage, or fines. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

11) Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Site (logos, photos, text, designs, videos) is owned by MagPlateX or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written authorization.

 

12) User Content

 

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content to MagPlateX, you grant us permission to use that content for marketing, including website and advertising, unless you explicitly state otherwise in writing.

 

13) Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
