Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (MagPlateX)

 


 

1) Purchase Options

 


MagPlateX products may be available as either:

 

  • In-Stock (Normal Sale) — ships once processed

  • Pre-Order — reserves your spot for the next production run

 


Product pages will indicate whether an item is in stock or a pre-order.

 


 

 

2) Pre-Order Cancellations

 


You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before your order ships.


Once a pre-order has shipped, it follows our Return & Refund Policy (7 days after confirmed delivery, unused/uninstalled, RA required).

 


 

 

3) In-Stock Order Cancellations

 


If your order is in stock and has not shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by emailing support@magplatex.com as soon as possible.

 

  • If the order has not been processed/shipped, we will cancel and issue a refund.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins.

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

 

 


 

 

4) How to Request a Cancellation

 


Email support@magplatex.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short note requesting cancellation

 

 


 

 

5) Refund Timing

 


Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
